On 2, 3 and 4 June 2025, the Grenoble Interdisciplinary Scientific Days will be held at the Maison de la création et de l'innovation - MaCI. The event, which is open to the entire Université Grenoble Alpes community, will showcase the UGA's 21 interdisciplinary research programmes, known as CDPs (Cross Disciplinary Programs), including the PowerAlps project.

On 9 and 10 September 2025, the interdisciplinary PowerAlps project is organising two days to mark the end of its first funding cycle. The event will bring together researchers, members of the industrial sector and institutions to discuss the challenges of power electronics.

Jean-Luc Schanen, scientific director of the CDP PowerAlps, was invited to give a keynote speech at the conference organised by the IET - The Institution of Engineering and Technology.
PowerAlps is co-funding the Franco-Japanese workshop on diamond electronic devices, boosting Grenoble's international exposure.

PowerAlps project leader Jean-Luc SCHANEN was honored as a Fellow of the IAS (Industry Application Society) and PELS (Power Electronics Society) at the ECCE 2023 conference, where he was General-Co-Chair.
PowerAlps is involved in the seminar "Regulation, capitalism and hegemony", co-organized by Clersé and the Creg, out project partner, in Grenoble. The event aims to bring together researchers interested in the field of Regulation Theory and, more broadly, political economy.
