The Steering Committee is a small committee composed by the two project leaders, the leaders of WP 6 (industrialisation and white paper) and WP 8 (scientific community).

This working group meets once every 2 months to :

• monitor the project, in particular the cross-cutting tasks of the work packages;
• select the points to be discussed by the Executive Committee;
• take strategic decisions.

The executive committee is the body responsible for validating important decisions for the project, such as

• the calendar of events ;
• major expenses and the budget once a year;
• approves and gives its opinion on projects and partnerships.

It is made up of two researchers from each WP, and includes representatives from all the partner organisations.

The Advisory Board, or Scientific Advisory Committee, is a body made up of sector experts from public and industrial research, who help the PowerAlps institute to develop a global vision of power electronics.

The Advisory Board meets once a year, and is invited to participate in the various project activities.
